These terms describe use of sunmoonsync.com, its digital content, accounts and paid services. Review the product description, privacy notice and refund policy before using the product or purchasing.

1. Product and support
SunMoonSync is a Sun–Moon astrology product for self-exploration, with readings, life scenes, themed discoveries, share cards, reports and optional conversations. It is for entertainment, reflection and expression. It does not provide certain predictions or medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Online conversations are generated by software to help reflect on questions you enter. They are not human consultations, romantic relationship companions, channeling or oracle services, and do not provide blessings, rituals, treatment or guaranteed outcomes. Calculated categories and generated text are not personality diagnoses, objective facts or future outcomes.

2. Accounts and information
Guests can calculate a chart and explore available static content. Paid services and their generation trials require a verified account. Use an email you are authorized to use and protect your sign-in information; purchases and allowances belong to that account. You must have the legal capacity needed to use and purchase digital services, or obtain guardian consent where required by law.
Provide only information you are entitled to use, and obtain appropriate permission before adding another person’s details. Different birth times or locations can change a reading. Cloud saving is your choice. The privacy notice explains data handling, report emails and deletion.
3. Free access and purchase scope
Free access, Personal Core ($14.99 once), Personal Complete ($24.99 once), exploration point packs and the monthly plan are separate products. A Core owner can upgrade the same account for $10 instead of purchasing Complete again for $24.99. Each personal edition unlocks only its listed features; Complete includes the stated bonus conversation allowance. Additional deep questions, custom themes and live circle analyses use separate allowances. Point packs and the monthly plan do not unlock either personal edition.
Before ordering, review the selected offer’s contents, quantity, expiry and renewal terms. Free trials and paid usage have defined allowances and do not include unlimited generation.
4. Prices and checkout
Prices and billing methods are shown in USD. Payment availability is shown inside your signed-in account and secure checkout. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record only for transactions actually completed through it, handling payment, applicable taxes, billing and payment refunds. The final total and taxes will be shown before payment confirmation. SunMoonSync provides delivery, account access and product support.
Purchases depend on confirmed payment and account order records. Return links and browser data cannot create purchased access. After paying, use the same account to view your order. Check the existing order before buying again if confirmation is delayed. Dodo Payments Buyer Terms apply to transactions completed through Dodo Payments.
Digital delivery and personalization
All products are online digital services; nothing physical is shipped. A purchase is attached to the purchasing account after server-confirmed payment. Existing content can be read and downloaded after access is confirmed; additional online generation starts only when you submit a request, with progress shown on screen. Contact support if a confirmed payment has not restored access or generation keeps failing. We will investigate and restore access or provide a remedy required by applicable law or payment-platform rules.
Core Sun–Moon readings are matched from 144 Sun and Moon combinations. People with the same combination share the main reading and corresponding film; these are not individually written or produced for every user. Your notes, situation feedback and support preferences do not rewrite the main reading, but may be included in reports or cards where the product provides that option.
Additional Complete calculations, including BaZi, Five Elements and Human Design, need a reliable birth date, accurate time and place. Without an accurate time, some chapters may be unavailable or limited. Check your information and the pricing-page scope before purchasing. Different birth inputs change these calculations; generated text may still be mistaken.
5. Allowances and generated results
The required allowance is shown before generation. Allowance is reserved at the start and settled after complete delivery; confirmed failure or cancellation releases the reservation. Retrying the same request should not charge twice. Reopening, switching language or downloading a saved result does not charge again. A new question, new request or explicit regeneration is new usage.
Separately purchased exploration points do not expire. Monthly exploration points expire 60 days after their billing period begins; monthly conversation replies expire at that billing period’s end. Allowances are for specified product features, are not money, deposits or transferable balances, and cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not restrict refunds required by law or decided under applicable payment-platform rules.
6. Monthly renewal and cancellation
A purchased monthly plan renews each month until cancelled. Open billing management from the pricing and allowance page to manage your subscription, payment method and invoices, or cancel future renewal. Current allowances retain their original expiry after cancellation. Personal Core, Complete, the upgrade and separately purchased point packs do not renew automatically.
Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund a period already paid, and we do not offer voluntary prorated refunds. Statutory consumer rights and payment-platform decisions under applicable terms remain unaffected. Contact support under the refund policy about an incorrect charge or an applicable right.
7. Reports, downloads and sharing
Your final report gathers personal content that already exists and is unlocked. Export does not automatically generate or unlock missing chapters. Conversations and circle analyses are not included in the personal final report. Report emails go only to the verified account email; private download links are valid for 24 hours.
You may use the provided download and sharing features. Check for your own or another person’s private information before sending, and ensure you are entitled to share it. Do not resell accounts, bypass access controls or redistribute a bulk catalogue of paid product content without authorization.
Restrictions in these Terms on copying, modification or redistribution do not limit your rights under CC BY 3.0 in the music expressly identified as licensed under it. Other content remains subject to its respective terms.
8. Responsible use and result limits
Do not abuse trial allowances, falsify payments, access another person’s data without authorization, or use the product for unlawful, infringing or harassing content. Abusive requests may be refused to protect accounts and service operation. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Readings and generated content can be incomplete or mistaken and are not proof of facts about you or another person. Use your lived experience when assessing them, and do not rely solely on a reading for important decisions. Network or third-party issues can cause delays. Contact support if they affect purchased content.
9. Refunds, changes and consumer rights
No voluntary refunds for any paid product. Where permitted by law, we do not refund changes of mind, dissatisfaction or non-use. Statutory rights and remedies for duplicate charges or non-delivery, and payment-platform decisions under applicable terms, are not restricted. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund past payments.
Refund requests are handled under the refund policy and applicable mandatory requirements. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not require you to waive applicable statutory refund or withdrawal rights.
The product and future offers may change. New prices and offer changes are displayed before purchase. Completed purchases remain subject to their purchase-time description and applicable requirements. The page shows the terms’ update date. Contact us with questions about the terms or an order.
