This is a support-response target, not a refund-arrival deadline. Tell us which page you used, your device and what you were trying to do. Ideas and suggestions are welcome too.
Payments, renewal and refunds
Contact us from your purchasing account email with the product, order ID and issue. Full card numbers, payment passwords, identity documents and birth details are not needed for ordinary order support; do not send them.
Payment availability is shown inside your signed-in account and secure checkout. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record only for transactions actually completed through it. SunMoonSync handles delivery, account access and product issues.
Account and privacy requests
Use your account email for account, cloud-data deletion or privacy requests. We may need to verify ownership first; do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Device-local charts and notes can be cleared from the privacy page.
